Remember When... (2005)
Remember when you went to Catholic school? Being afraid of the dentist? Wanting that special girl to like you? What about getting your hair just right? Remember When..., an original stop/time dance theater production helped audience members relive those memories of yesterday.
Act I follows a young girl as she endures Sister Faustina's punishments, takes a trip downtown with her mom, and sees that those luncheonette girls aren't all what they appear to be.
Act II presents several memorable scenes from growing up, including prom night, a trip to the dentist, waiting for "The Wizard of Oz" to come on TV.
Music ranges from Billy Joel to Jamie Cullum to Ray Charles. The show was first presented on April 24th at the Hoffman Auditorium at Saint Joseph College in West Hartford.
